Who is Xinyu Zhang?
Xinyu Zhang is a computer software engineer. He was a teacher in the Inner Mongolia Normal University, served as a leader of the CIMS Research Office of the Guangzhou City Productivity Center, general manager of the He-Yi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Tianjin, the foreign experts in computer science of the Ningbo University of Technology, Chairman of the NinBo Tian Mei Technology Co.. He has been involved in December 1986 China democracy movement and June 4th 1989 China democracy movement. Now, he is an expert in website development and maintenance in Canada. He is the founder of the Global Information Free movement.
