Who is Arun Shourie?
Arun Shourie is an Indian journalist, author and politician. He served as an economist with the World Bank, a consultant to the Planning Commission, India, editor of the Indian Express and Times of India and a minister in the government of India. He was awarded the Ramon Magsaysay Award in 1982. He is an agnostic.
