Who was Augusta Déjerine-Klumpke?
Augusta Déjerine-Klumpke was an American physician. She was the first female intern to work in a hospital in Paris.
She was married to Joseph Jules Dejerine and is known for her work on neuroanatomy. In particular, Klumpke paralysis is named after her.
