Who is Chuck Morris?

Chuck Morris joined Omneon Video Networks in August 2005 as Vice President, Storage and Applications Engineering. Chuck brings to Omneon over 18 years of experience in system and application SW development.

Prior to Omneon, Chuck was Vice President of Engineering at Venturi Wireless where he was responsible for all aspects of system and software development (server/client) for compression and transport optimization products. Prior to Venturi, Chuck was Vice President of Engineering at MobileSmarts responsible for HW and SW development of software defined radio (SDR) solutions for the automotive industry. Before that, he was Vice President of Engineering at Minerva Networks, where he led the effort to develop IPTV SW and HW products. Chuck has also held senior management and engineering positions at Philips, Western Digital Imaging and Olivetti System and Networks.

Chuck holds an MSCS from the University of Lowell, a BA in Business Economics from Saint Anselm College, and holds 3 US patents.
