Who is Hrant Bagratyan?
Hrant Bagratyan was born on October 18, 1958, in Yerevan, Armenia. He was the Prime Minister of Armenia from February 2, 1993 until November 4, 1996. He was a member of the Pan-Armenian National Movement party. He has PhD in Economics, author of more than 52 scientific articles and 7 books. In "The Society and the State" he developed the theory of scientific technical cycles. Based on that he predicted regular centralisation and decentralisation of the management of the society. Particularly he predicted the centralisation of the management of the economy by 2010. Founder of a new direction in Economics: global macroeconomics or geoeconomics.
