Las Vegas singer-songwriter Neon is ready to set the VIBE and take things to a whole new MOOD. SEGUE, is Neons second album, and it’s definitely packed with COLORFUL MELODIC TUNES and heartfelt poetic sounds. Baring all emotions with enchanting word play and melodic harmonies, SEGUE IS THE Evolution to NEONS growth and freedom. While stepping out of her shell and finding confidence; The swagger is definitely turned up a notch. There are emotional songs like the first track SEGUE, and playful, sexy songs like DRIP. Since Neon’s release of PAUL, embracing more of her influences was super important and influential in this upcoming project. Neon exclaims, “having such an infatuation with Chopped and Screwed music Fires me up and UP the WALL, definitely pays homage to the legendary screwed up click.” Every UHH is reminiscent of biggie and the soft sweet tone mimics Erykah Badu. Perhaps being comfortable in her skin has also elevated the style.
