Who is Outsider?
Shin Ok-cheol, better known by the stage name Outsider is a South Korean rapper. He is known for his speed-rapping and is able to rap at 21 syllables per second. Outsider considers fellow Korean rapper MC Sniper as his mentor, however after conflict between Outsider and MC Sniper's label "Sniper Sound" in July of 2013, Outsider has left his former label and signed to the label he founded, "ASSA Communication".
