Paul Lindsey Sadler is an attorney from Henderson, Texas, who served from 1991 to 2003 in the Texas House of Representatives. He was the Democratic nominee for the United States Senate in 2012. In the November 6 general election, he lost against the Republican Ted Cruz, a former state Solicitor General.
