Scott Alexander is a British millionaire and nouveau riche socialite featured in Britain's Biggest Spenders and often quoted as being "the most vain man in Britain". Alexander is frequently seen in media. One of his most well known projects was to buy a Bulgarian town in 2006 and change its name to Alexander.
