Who is Tellis Frank?

Tellis Joseph Frank Jr. is a retired American professional basketball player. Frank is a 1983 graduate of Lew Wallace High School.

Frank was selected by the Golden State Warriors in the first round in the 1987 NBA Draft from Western Kentucky University. At 6'10" and 225 pounds he played as a power forward. Frank played for the Warriors, Miami Heat and Minnesota Timberwolves during his five-year NBA career, averaging 6.5 points per game. He was briefly signed by Cleveland Cavaliers in 1995, but did not play in any NBA games for the club.

Frank has played in Italy for Phonola Caserta, Scandone Avellino, Basket Livorno and Longobardi Scafati. He also played in the ACB league in Spain.
