Who was Voitto Hellsten?
Voitto Valdemar Hellstén, often spelled as Voitto Hellsten, was a Finnish athlete who mainly competed in the 400 metres.
He competed for Finland in three Summer Olympics, in 1952, 1956 and 1960. In the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia, he won the bronze medal in the 400 metres together with Soviet Ardalion Ignatyev.
