Wynetka Ann Reynolds is a zoologist and university administrator who has served as provost of the Ohio State University, chancellor of the California State University system, chancellor of the City University of New York, and president of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is the only person to have headed two of the three largest systems of higher education in the United States.
