Who is Zbig Kepa?

Zbig Kepa is the current offensive coordinator for the William & Mary Tribe football team. The Tribe compete in NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision competition and are located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Through the 2011 season, Kepa will have served as the offensive coordinator for the Tribe for 19 seasons, making him one of the longest tenured coordinators at one school in the entire country.

Kepa, an Indiana native, attended Bishop Noll Institute and graduated in 1975. After a football career at Saint Joseph's College in his home state, he served as an assistant coach at his alma mater in 1980 and 1981. At the time, Kepa was pursuing a master's degree from Purdue University. In 1982, he coached at Fenwick High School in Illinois but returned to Saint Joseph's in 1983 for one more season as an assistant.

In 1984, Kepa began coaching at the College of William & Mary as an offensive assistant, specializing in wide receivers. He remained at this position until 1993, when he took over offensive coordinating duties.
