Who is Zdeno Chára?

Zdeno Chára is a Slovak professional ice hockey defenseman and captain of the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League. He won the James Norris Memorial Trophy while playing for the Bruins in 2008–09. At 6 ft 9 in, he is the tallest player ever to play in the NHL. He is also the second European-born and trained captain to win the Stanley Cup and the first born and trained in a country beyond the Iron Curtain.

    Zdeno Chara is an amazing person. When I learned about him, I was fascinated. He is intelligent and holds a job other than professional hockey. What I like about him most is, he's disciplined. I think he should give speeches on being disciplined. Some would appreciate that mainly me, a very proud fan of his.
