Who is Craig McKenzie?
Craig McKenzie (born September 13, 1970) was an American sports, entertainment and marketing agent. He graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago. Then he attended Valparaiso University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science. He went on to graduate from Valparaiso School of Law in 1995. Although he was not selected, in 2008, at age 37, McKenzie was nominated as one of 500 persons to become a Valparaiso University 150 Most Influential People in the University's history. McKenzie started his practice working for NFL sports agent Eugene E. Parker of Maximum Sports Management. With Parker as his mentor, McKenzie co-represented Deion Sanders and negotiated commercial contracts that helped Sanders to become third in total earnings to Michael Jordan in the late 1990s according to Forbes Magazine. McKenzie negotiated a $36 million dollar contract for New York Knicks point guard Charlie Ward, represented Bonzi Wells and some of highest paid athletes in Europe. McKenzie became a philanthropist and was also a contemporary Christian ghostwriter.
