Da Emperor whose real names are Mobolaji Fasasi, is a native of Ogun state, born on the 5th day of October in Lagos state. Nigeria. His passion for music started at a early age of 10 when he used to be a member of the church choir, after a while he became the church choir master.

He started to write lyrics of his own later on, and at 2009/2010 he started music officially, and professionally in 2011and released a promo cd containing four tracks which gained little bit of airplays and mentions from press.

He had his primary school education in Elveecaa nur/pry school, Alagbado. Lagos state , then his secondary school in Ijebu Anglican Diocesan College, Igan-ipabi. Ogun state , he then furthered by gaining a degree in Urban and regional planning and c.i.s.c.o from Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic. Ijebu-Igbo. Ogun state in 2012 and a degree in Architecture from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria.

The indigenous rapper and actor is inspired by life happenings and is motivated by the spirit to take Indigenous rap to a global level, he's 6ft tall in height and loves to listen to music and go on tours.

He made a great impact in 2013 when he got featured by Jamaican act 'KISCO' on the song "Fling it gimme", he was likewise planning a song with the late Legendary Baba Fatai Rolling Dollar before he died , he worked with Legendary producer 'Cheepho' and so many others....

In late 2013 he dropped his HIT "PARA MODE" which got almost 100000 downloads on Naijaloaded.com within few months, he premiered the video for this HIT on 27th of April at the silverbird cinemas, Alausa Ikeja. Lagos state with press appearance from Tvc, Galaxy tv, The Nation newspapers, Citypeople magazine, Celebrity magazine, Daily newswatch, Silverbird magazine, Brand magazine, Simple magazine, Lollypop magazine, and so many others...

The video has gotten over 100000 views on youtube in less than 1 week of release, the song was produced by Justee beatz and mastered by Indomix, the video was directed by Prince G Next..

In 2015 , Da Emperor collaborated with Oritse Femi "Double wahala" crooner on the Hit single "Firewood" a Justee beats produced track and mastered by indomix.

In 2016, Da Emperor released a globally accepted audio and video "I'm a sinner" produced by Justeebeats and mixed by Lord Gabriels.

Da Emperor has been involved in couple of philanthropic activities.
