Who is Zhang Jieqing?
Zhang Jieqing is a Chinese politician and writer, member of Communist Party of China. In 1933, Zhang Jieqing was arrested by the Kuomintang and stayed in jail for a few months. After that she graduated from Beijing Normal University. After her long way of being member of CPC, she became its Secretary-General in 1979 until her retirement in 1980. She was wife of Peng Zhen.
