Who was Art Quimby?
Arthur R. "Art" Quimby was an American college basketball standout from the University of Connecticut. He played for the Huskies from 1951–52 to 1954–55 and is still the program's all-time leader in rebounds for a single game, single season and career. He also owns the single season and career rebounding averages. Quimby's combined career point and rebound totals are more than any other Connecticut player.
