Who was Roberta Kathleen Parks?

Murder Victim. She was abducted from the campus of Oregon State University and murdered by serial killer Ted Bundy, likely in the early morning hours of May 7, 1974, on Taylor Mountain, Washington. Her skull was later found on Taylor Mountain. Bundy confessed to her murder shortly before his execution.
