Who is Dale Dickson?
Dale Dickson is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne and the Brisbane Bears in the Victorian Football League during the 1980s.
Originally from Shepparton, Dickson, who played as a utility, averaged 16 disposals a game in his first two league seasons. He played ten games in 1984 and in a win over the Sydney Swans kicked four goals. After appearing in the first round of the 1985 season, he didn't play senior football for the rest of the year and returned in 1986 to play nine games.

He remained in Queensland after his league career finished and is now the CEO of Gold Coast City Council.
