Who is Dale Levitski?
Dale Levitski is a self-taught Chicago chef who competed on Top Chef season 3 and was one of the runners-up to Hung Huynh along with Casey Thompson. Though Levitski did not win fan favorite, he was well liked by fans and later competed on Top Chef season 8 among the All-Stars. He was eliminated in the third episode.
Dale is formerly the executive chef of both Sprout and Frog n' Snail restaurants, both now closed, in Chicago, Illinois.
