Who is Andy Tudor?

Andy Tudor is a video game designer. He is the Creative Director for the video game developer Slightly Mad Studios in London, England.

He is most known for rebooting the Need For Speed franchise with the release of Need for Speed: Shift in 2009, Shift 2: Unleashed, and "The Walking Dead: Assault". The Internet Movie Database also credits him as a Voice Director and Motion Capture Technical Director on previous titles for SCE Cambridge Studio.

In August 2010, Tudor co-wrote an article with the Lead Designer of Rock Band, Rob Kay, for Gamasutra entitled "An Artist's Eye: Applying Art Techniques to Game Design" that talked about re-applying techniques from both their art backgrounds in their modern roles as designers. Tudor was one of the first developers involved in Gamesblog Live for the Guardian along with Mike Laidlaw from Bioware and Nathan Camarillo from Crytek. Tudor is working on undisclosed projects.
