Who is Cai Zongze?
Cai Zongze蔡宗泽 is a Chinese politician. Since 2007, he has served as Mayor of Shantou.
Zongze was one of the bearers of the Olympic torch in the torch relay before the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He was the last person to carry the torch in Guangdong province.
