Who is Di Gribble?
Di Gribble, AM was an Australian publisher, book editor and businessperson.
She was born in Melbourne, the daughter of Sir Archibald Glenn.
She was the business partner of Eric Beecher, whose company Private Media Partners publishes Crikey. In 1975 she was one of the founders of McPhee Gribble, an Australian publishing house that was the first publisher of numerous well-known Australian authors including Helen Garner, Tim Winton, and Murray Bail.
Di Gribble died in October 2011, aged 69. She was survived by her father, Sir Archibald Glenn, who died three months later, aged 100.
