Who is Gage Daye?
Gage Daye is an American basketball guard who last played for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League. Daye played college basketball at Bloomfield College. As a senior in the 2010 season he averaged 24.1 ppg. and led the Deacons to their first ever Elite Eight appearance. Daye did not make the NBA and signed with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League. In the 2011-2012 NBA Development League season he averages 9.3 ppg and 2.7 rpg.
Daye was waived by the Mad Ants on December 20, 2011. He currently coaches for the Blaze Basketball Club.
On August 23rd 2012 the Sheffield Sharks, of the British Basketball League, confirmed they had signed Daye ahead of the 2012/2013 season.
