Who is Olaf Huseby?

Olaf Huseby was a Norwegian publisher.

He was born in Leikanger. He established a bookstore in Kristiania jointly with Olaf Norli, but the two eventually split, and Huseby was later running his company Huseby & Co in cooperation with Johan Sørensen. His company published books such as Skram's novel Constance Ring, Krohg's confiscated novel Albertine, and the periodicals Nyt Tidsskrift and Kringsjaa. In 1903 Huseby emigrated to America, where he established a publishing house in Minneapolis.
