Who is Oficial Factor?
Oficial Factor is the current ring name of Cesar Caballero, who is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group as a part of the Los Oficiales Elite group alongside Oficial Rayan and Oficial Spartan. Caballero previously worked under a number of other ring names including Mega, but they are not officially acknowledged as the enmascarado character is promoted as a separate entity from his previous characters as is often the case when a Mexican wrestler adopts a new masked character.
