Who is Abraham D. Mattam?

Abraham D. Mattam, C.V. is an Indian Prelate of Roman Catholic Church.

Mattam was born in Narianganam, India and ordained a priest on March 15, 1950 from the religious order of other. He was appointed Archiepiscopal Exarch of Satna on July 29, 1968. He was appointed bishop to the Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Satna on February 26, 1977 and ordained bishop on April 30, 1977. He retired from the diocese on December 18, 1999.
