Adam Milner born in Wakefield, is a rugby league footballer, playing for Stanley Rangers ARLFC, and Castleford Tigers in the European Super League, as a Hooker.
Milner made his début against Huddersfield Giants in Sunday 4 July 2010.
Milner scored his first try for Castleford against Harlequins Rugby League on 21 August 2010.
Milner followed up his début try with another one the following league game against St. Helens in the final league game at Knowsley Road
Adam Milner represented England Academy as a Hooker scoring 1-try in the 40-16 victory over France at Stade Max Rousié, Paris on 9 June 2010, the 38-30 victory over Australian Institute of Sport at Leigh Sports Village on 4 December 2010, and the 34-22 victory over Australian Institute of Sport at Leigh Sports Village on 11 December 2010.
