Who is Alan Lee?

Alan Lee is a prolific writer and author on cricket and horse racing.

Formerly the cricket correspondent at The Times, he has authored many books, including biographies, co-written with the subjects, of David Lloyd, David Gower and Tony Greig. He is presently the racing correspondent of The Times and wrote a 2002 biography of Richard Johnson.

In 2001, Lee won the SJA Sports Writer of the Year award. He also won the award for Racing Journalist of the Year in 2003.
