Who is A. E. Bailey?
A. E. Bailey was a professional cricketer who played first-class cricket for Somerset from 1900 to 1911 as a lower-order right-handed batsman and a slow left-arm spin bowler. In one cricket reference he is identified as "Alfred Edward Bailey", born at Marylebone, London on 13 March 1871 and dying on 1 August 1950 at Borden, Kent. In another he is identified as "Albert E Bailey", born at Norwood, then in Surrey, on 14 March 1872, but without a death date.
