Who was Arnulfo Arias?
Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid was a Panamanian politician, doctor, writer and president of Panama on three occasions: 1940–41, 1949–51, and for 10 days in October 1968. He is known as the president who never ended his terms of office, because of the military coups against him.
