Who was Arturo Vega?
Arturo Vega was a Mexican-born, American punk rock graphic designer and artistic director, best known for having created the logo for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, The Ramones.
Vega died on June 8, 2013 at the age of 65.
Vega was the art and stage illumination director of the Ramones since the beggining till the end. In 1975 Vega created a perody mixing the American Congress Eagle's Emblem and a baseball bat for a Ramones logo.
