Who is Augustyn Wróblewski?

Augustyn Wroblewski, of Ślepowron coat of arms - Polish chemist and biochemist, author of the groundbreaking work in the field of yeast fermentation, theorist and proponent of anarchism, an activist in socialist organizations, journalist, lecturer at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

Along with Marceli Nencki and Jakub Parnas is one of the most outstanding Polish biochemists. Together with Edward Abramowski, considered one of the classics of Polish anarchist thought.
