Who is Barbara Franchin?

Barbara Franchin is the Director and Project Supervisor of ITS - International Talent Support and Head of the agency EVE based in Trieste, Italy, responsible for the organisation of said event.

Among the most enthusiastic supporters of ITS is Diesel founder Renzo Rosso and the juries of the competition have included performance artist Marina Abramović, photographers Ari Marcopoulos and Sarah Moon, Vogue Italia Editor in Chief Franca Sozzani and designers such as Raf Simons, Hilary Alexander, Cathy Horyn and Viktor & Rolf

She is recognized as one of the most important talent scouts of young fashion designers, accessories designers and photographers, and in October 2010 she was included by Italian Elle among the 100 most powerful women in fashion and has been invited to lecture in conferences.
