Who is Bill Belton?
William Earl "Bill" Belton II is an American football running back who plays for the Penn State Nittany Lions. He is currently the starter at tailback after senior Silas Redd transferred to USC amidst sanctions from the NCAA in wake of the Penn State child sex abuse scandal. He was an all-state quarterback at Winslow Township High School where he played for Mike McBride.
