Bill O'Boyle is an American football Offensive Coordinator at Southern Illinois University and former player. He was previously served as the head football coach at Chadron State College in Nebraska, a position he has held from 2005 through the 2011 seasons. Midway through the 2011 season, O'Boyle was relieved of his coaching duties as a result of an investigation of potential NCAA violations under his watch. In 2007, he was awarded the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award for NCAA Division II.
