Who is Bill Smith?
Bill Smith was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service and a resident of Hebron on the evening of November 8, 1965 when American Airlines flight 383 crashed on a hillside. He was a first responder that night and then, on November 20, 1967, Bill was with the Hebron Volunteer Fire Department when TWA flight 128 crashed approaching Runway 18 at the Greater Cincinnati Airport.
