Who is Brent Barry?
Brent Robert Barry is a former American professional basketball player. The 6 ft 7 in, 210 lb shooting guard was selected out of Oregon State University by the Denver Nuggets with the 15th overall pick in the 1995 NBA Draft, but was traded shortly after to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Barry played professionally for the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls, Seattle SuperSonics, San Antonio Spurs, and Houston Rockets, winning two NBA Championships with the Spurs, in 2005 and 2007. He also won the 1996 NBA Slam Dunk Contest.
Following the conclusion of his NBA career, Barry works as sports commentator and studio host for the NBA TV show "NBA Gametime."
