Who is Candice Kumai?

Candice Kumai is an American chef, food writer and TV host. She is co-host of the TV show Cook Yourself Thin which airs on Lifetime Television Network. She is also one of the judges on American TV show Iron Chef America. In 2006, Kumai was a contestant on the first season of Top Chef. She was eliminated from the show on the 4th episode. Kumai is the author of two cookbooks, Cook Yourself Thin and Pretty Delicious.
