Who was Charles Coburn?
Charles Coburn was still performing in his 80's, and specialized in the tipsy "toff" characters, such as the Indian Army Colonel. The best known of his recordings, Two Lovely Black Eyes and The Man who broke the bank at Monte Carlo, were recorded when he was 77.
