Who is Chip Kelly?
Charles "Chip" Kelly is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and the former head coach at the University of Oregon. During his four seasons at Oregon, he led the team to three Pac-12 Conference championships and four BCS game appearances.
