Who is Cleo Irvin Latimer?

Born Cleo Irvin Latimer in 1914 son of Pairlee Johnson and Thomas Latimer who were farmers in Arkansas. He left for California In his 20's with his wife Dean and two children Jimmy and Patsy Latimer. He ran a large building company and worked in both northern and southern California. He married Ruth Otterbeck 1954 and had two more children Cleo Einar and Lela Lynn Latimer. He was a good man and enjoyed life to the fullest.
