Who is Frankie Neal?
Frankie Leon Neal is a former American college and professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League for a single season in 1987. Neal played college football for the University of Florida and Fort Hays State University, and thereafter, he played professionally for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL.
