Fred Henry Mills, Jr., is a pharmacist and banker from St. Martinville, Louisiana, who is a Republican member of the Louisiana State Senate, having won a special election on January 22, 2011, for the District 22 seat vacated in 2010 by the Independent Troy Hebert of Jeanerette.
Mills had since 2008 represented District 46 in the Louisiana House of Representatives.
