Who is H. S. Prakash?
Hassan Sanniah Prakash is an Indian politician and a member of the Legislative Assembly in the Indian state of Karnataka, representing the Hassan City, Hassan district constituency. His political party is Janata Dal. He was the municipal president of Hassan city municipal council from 1985 to 1987 and served as the member of city municipal council from 1983 to 1989.
He won the Hassan Karnataka Legislative Assembly seat in 1994. He again contested unsuccessfully in 1999, he was elected again in the 2004, 2008 and 2013 for three consecutive times in the General Elections for the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from the same Constituency. H.S.Prakash is also the president of Sanjeevini co operative hospital and institution from past 12 years.
