Who is Ibrahim Ibrahim?
Dr. Ibrahim Ibrahim was the former Secretary General for the General Secretariat for Development Planning. He was the Secretary General from 2006 until June 2011. He has been an Economic Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani the Emir of the State of Qatar since 1988.
