Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Alhoqail is a Saudi dermatologist, physician, and founding Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at King Fahd Medical City, Riyadh. FOM-KFMC is now known as King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine at King Fahd Medical City. Ibrahim is a consultant in dermatology, and an associate professor of dermatology at King Saud University.
