Don Ignacio Fernando Ramírez de Haro y Pérez de Guzmán, 15th Count of Bornos, Grandee of Spain was a Spanish nobleman and the husband of Beatriz Valdés, 4th Marquise of Casa Valdés. Ramírez de Haro and Valdés are the parents of Fernando Ramírez de Haro, 15th Count of Murillo, who is married to Esperanza Aguirre, a Spanish politician and former President of Madrid. He was also the grandfather of Fernando Ramírez de Haro, 10th Marquis of Villanueva del Duero.
Iagnacio Ramirez de Haro was born in San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa, Spain, on 20 September 1918. He married Beatriz Valdés and the couple had six children, including Fernando Ramírez de Haro, 15th Count of Murillo.
Volunteers Gipuzkoa was the Third of Requetes "Oriamendi" then Provisional Ensign during the Spanish civil war in the fascist camp, entered the Academy of Engineers, arriving at General Employment, with Diploma of Staff. Mayor of León was Commander of the Order of Santiago and Maestrante of Seville, and vice president of the Brotherhood of the Refuge.
Ignacio Ramírez de Haro died of legionella at the Hospital Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid on 24 October 2010, at the age of 92.
