Who is Ilya Nikiforov?

Ilya Nikiforov is a Russian lawyer, managing partner at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev and partners, and lecturer at the Department of Civil Law at Saint Petersburg State University School of Law.

He is also a member of the Commission for Human Rights of the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the editorial board of the journal “Treteyskiy Sud”.

ABA: Russia-Eurasia Committee Vice-Chair.

International Chamber of Commerce: Arbitration Commission Member, Expert of Russian National Committee.
